Content and forms
From a form to a response
See how a visitor submission becomes a response you can review in the owner view.
Ask a clear question
A useful form asks only for the information needed for the next step. In the working example, a visitor enters a project name, chooses website, app or both, and describes a goal. Each field has a clear label, so the visitor knows what to provide.
Confirm receipt
After submission, the visitor sees an on-screen receipt and a link to the owner view. The receipt confirms that the example accepted the response; it does not display the submitted answers or send an email.
Review the same answers
The owner view shows the answers with the labels captured at submission time. You can mark the response reviewed or new. This public example stores responses only in the current browser session, so it is safe to try without sending an enquiry to Kottoko.
